Good morning Gents. I have been here for a while, but dont post much. I have been reading and experimenting for over 5 months. I am 6 feet 3 and 280 lbs. I began at 320 lbs. I have been a member of the board for quite sometime but more of a student than a teacher. I have used cdj dac, foe about 8 weeks by itself along wioth cardio and heavy lifting plus a decent not great diet to get to 280. I used dace at 2.5 grams a week. I take 5 mg ment daily as trt or sometimes 20 mg of prop. I am currently about 15 percent and looking to lean up for the summer. I have read about synthetine and thought I would give it a try,as it is a fat trnsporter and use a low dose t3 along with it to shredd more fat.
My thoughts were to
go with cjc/dac at 3.5 gram weekly
mk677 at 7 ml as when I am over 7 the water is unbearable
t3 at 20 mcg daily
and Synthetine at 5 mls daily
keep the ment at 5 mg daily or test prop at 5 mgs daily or the test prop at 20 mg daily. I appreciate all your input
