I will post a pic shortly, i thought it was just my serratus because when i get leaner normally they protrude bigtime, i have big thick obliques usually too, but this shit is just popping out , it does not hurt when i touch it, feels like fat, i know I've injected insulin there before a few times. Idk when it happened. I will get it looked at asap . lipoma it looks like

Could be lipoma. Not really dangerous, but I go to a dermatologist to check it to make sure it isn't something different. I had two big ones. One on my back and one on the back of my neck. Had both removed.

i had a benign cyst removed from my scalp few years back.
have another one i will get removed from my scalp this year.
have one in my left calf. doc didnt wanna cut it out cuz from sonagram wasnt sure what it was connected too.
they are all hard to the touch and grow slowly and continuously. the one in my calf has stopped growing i think...

Does it move around when you slide the skin? If it doesnt move then it could be on the bone of a rib. It sounds like its soft though, so I assume it slides around freely?

not a rib issue, i want to say my l2-l4 ribs @back pop out frequently and my chiro would pop them back in.
