I have bad arthritis is my Shoulders...I get plenty of rest and even cut down the training volume. My sleep and nutrition are where they should be, but it would be nice to feel a little better in the gym.

Have u tried curcumin ?

buy a tub of cucumin phyotosome dr best brand , 4 caps a day spread out with meals.

How much magnesium are we talking about? There is a huge difference between various sized bottles of course, no?
