Deca @125 per week my body does miracles on lower doses
 
I have decided to try AAS, I think I’ve done decent research, so here’s the cycle, feel free to give advice:
W 1-12 Testo Enathate 500mg p/week
W 1-6 Turinabol 30mg p/day
W 1-12 Anastrozole 0.5mg EOD
W 8-12 HCG 250 iu 3 times p/week
PCT
W 14-20 Tamoxifen 20mg p/day
or 14-15 Tamoxifen 20mg 2xDay
16-17 Tamoxifen 20mg p/day

That's way too much anastrozole for most people. I would start with 0.25 mg twice a week if you need it at all. 0.5 mg EOD would make most people miserable on 500 mg/week test.

Regular bloodwork is the way to figure out the right AI dose. You want E2 to be higher than normal on cycle but not high enough to cause side effects.

The HCG should also be run through the whole cycle until the start of PCT.
 
My favorite simple cycle is test and trest, both at low doses. Right now I'm on 350 mg/week test and 35 mg/week trest. This is my first time trying this low of a dose with trest. I feel amazing, and I'm getting back in shape fast after not being able to lift most of last year. I think I'll stick with this for a while instead of ramping up the doses.

I had kept test at 200 mg/week for so many years, I almost forgot what higher test was like. I decided to try a basic 500 mg/week cycle to help rebound from an injury / covid lockdowns. I also briefly tried an experiment with low dose primo added, but I dropped it after a couple weeks.

I didn't like the feeling of 500 mg/week test. I felt slow, heavy, and unmotivated. High volume workouts were kicking my ass too. I dropped the test down a little to 350 and added 5 mg/day trest, and everything got better. I feel great all day now. Lifting feels so good, I almost don't want to leave the gym after 30 sets. I have tons of mental energy for my job, and I'm horny all the time again.

200 mg/week test and 70 mg/week trest was what I was using to maintain size at 240+ pounds lean. That felt great too, but I wasn't making tons of progress. It's different now at 240 pounds and relatively out of shape from 2020. Right now I'm enjoying the quick progress. I might up the trest to 10 mg/day again but keep test at 350 for a while to see how the higher test affects me.

I'll probably up the trest to 20 or 25 mg/day and add either primo or DHB later this year when I'm closer to being in peak condition.
