Favorite Carb Re-Feed Meal?

What is everyone's favorite re-feed or carb up food. Not talking about for a contest but while dieting you re-feed with a high carb protein meal. I'm looking for ideas

I'll start: Eggo waffles, warm maple syrup, little bit of hershey syrup on it. And I'll down a casein shake.

Be more specific, it depends on the time of day.
 
Well like for those on the ketogenic and have a re-feed meal like once a week.

Was just looking for some of yalls favorite tasty carb loaded low fat meals used for a re-feed... like one above or spaghetti. But for those that don't do re-feeds I guess a clean 'cheat.'

I can't answer your question, I don't do that kind of diet. I eat well balanced meals all the time, no cheat days, or junk food.
 
a whole 600g bag of coco covered popped rice cereal and a shake...
or
waffles or pancakes made with buckwheat and rice floor and protein powder, maybe a banana blended in, and covered in sugar, cinnamon and syrup
 
If your talking about a cheat/ re-feed meal I usually go with my favorite calorie bomb. A box of Velveeta shells and cheese. It's total garbage food but I rarely cheat so when I do I go all the way. And I've always been a cheese and salty kind of guy rather than sugary and sweet.

Nutrition breakdown:

Calories: 1080
Fat: 36g with 12g saturated
Carbs: 147g with 12g sugar
Protein: 39g
And about more salt than I normally eat in a week. :D

Pesty, if I remember right Alex at a time or daily eats cereal. It's good cause it's timed right... but I do consider it 'junk food.' But that word is relative and different for all of us. I duno if you eat those things under him though. No re-feeds ever, your lame :p

I'm not sure I know what a re-feed is, unless it's in reference to post-slin heebee jeebees.....in which case I prefer spaghetti and meat sauce. I know this isn't the wisest due to fat content.....but a huge heaping plate of that chased down w/ milk makes for a very strong workout the next day.

OK, I eat 100% natural granola in skim milk once every 2 weeks:D , but that is it. I eat it in the morning with egg whites. I wouldn't consider it junk food, it is fortified with Omegas and no added preservitives, from a health food store.
