Favorite Carb Refeed Foods

For anyone who does carb refeeds, I'm sure we've come across certain often unassuming foods that just seem to really work well for filling us out and looking like a God the next day. It can be clean or kinda junky... I know for a fact I indulge a little on refeeds. For some reason, I seem to look best the morning after Bagels and kids cereal... Lol. Oh yea, and throw some pop tarts in there, as well. And a little ice cream seems to do the trick, too. I heard Chad Nichols talk about apple pie filling with dextrose as the main ingredient, now I need to hunt that down for research purposes...
 
any product that you tolerate well and has a fairly high caloric density (it comes with carbohydrates and a small volume of meal) for everyone can be different for me the best products on loading and generally carbohydrates that tolerate best are:
bananas
rice
rice cream
white wheat bread
jam
rice cakes
 
Luki, do you stay fairly clean with your diet, even on refeeds?

Refeeds are funny with me. If I'm eating low carb, I'll be looking forward to refeeds, then have to force feed. My refeeds are fun for about the first thirty minutes lol. For some reason, clean carbs just don't fill me out like a little junk thrown in. Nothing crazy, wouldn't call it binging. Rice, oatmeal, that stuff just bloats me. Fruit to refill liver glycogen, some fun stuff, Bagels, etc do me nicely. I don't do well trying to eat a lot of rice, pasta, etc. A little fat in there helps me a lot, too.
 
For carbs only I like white rice with strawberry jelly.

For a cheat/refeed meal I always got to IHOP for a Colorado omelette and two orders of pancakes.
