hey Big A, what is a serving size for ten grams? i have been lookin for the real deal for a while! i even posted a thread a while back asking if anyone knew where to get it, because gnc used to sell it 10 years ago but they discontinued it.

You can't beat Synthetek for their Creatine which is now finally back in stock. I just recieved mine last week. You wont get the shits from this and as Big A mentioned it starts to dissolve as soon as it hits the water.

my favorite and the one i like the most is still EAS phosphagen HP in fruit punch. i know it isnt as good as some of the newest and best technology stuff out there. but it has always worked for me and i LOVE it.

ON CGT-10

Optimum's CGT-10 is pretty good. Creatine, glutamine and taurine. It is cheap and seems to work pretty good. Never had any real issues with Optimum!
