I have done the old Hemo's(they rocked, but messed up My stomach & that was like 6yrs ago), QV's(the blew) & the British Dragon(&I liked them but availability is getting low on them)...MY 2 friends tell Me different one says to get Nutrivets & the other says BD green hulks so...I just waned more feedback...thanks
