I am interested to see what locations we get, and how many of us have crossed over the same.

All of these gyms are pretty badass, some I was just passing through and loved it, others are a place I trained primarily, and had a significant influence, and impact on me. Bucket list obviously just gyms I hope to get train at one day. I'm way more of an old school gym fan boy... classic gear like Cybex hack, Trusquats, some of the old Bodymaster's stuff and Stryde are so sick too.

In no order

World Gym / Metro Worthington – Worthington, OH
PowerStation 1 & 2 – Middletown, OH
Bodybuilders Gym – Akron, OH
Elite FTS HQ (new location) – Columbus, OH
Santa Cruz Power & Fitness – Santa Cruz. CA
Olympic Gym – San Antonio, TX (CLOSED)
DMV Iron – Arlington, VA
The Shop Gym – Manassas, VA
Original SC Barbell – Columbia, SC
Brickhouse Gym – Columbia, SC
Jungle Gym -Columbia, SC
World Gym - Morlanwelz, Belgium

Bucket
Armbrust - CO
MadHouse - GA
Metroflex - FT Worth
Crush-it Col - NC

I was a member at the Quads in Cal City, Illinois and trained at the original on the north side of chicago. Iconic places. The north side location is still open.

USA Gym in the south chicago suburbs is run my an IFBB pro, Chuck Sanow (spelling ?). Awesome selection of equipment.

Trained at a place in Bloomington, Indiana called the Iron Pit which was really nice. Lots of power lifting equipment.

Nathan Epler's gym American Muscle Factory near Indianapolis is really nice too.

Not well known but incredible if you’re near Fort Collins, CO- Prodigy. Run by Chris Havekost, retired competitor. It’s where my wife and I trained when we lived in the area (among other places). Chris has expanded to double the original square footage and constantly gets new awesome kit, new and old. Tbh the leg room rivals Armbrust in Denver.

As for bucket list:

I want to go to vegas and train at Dragons Lair and The one place Cutler posts videos from. And if I'm there I might as well go the Armbrust too. I'm planning that trip for next year.

I'd like to go to Columbus and train at Elite FTS, Montinari Bros Power House and Metro Flex.

If i get to Vancouver I'd like to train at West Coast Iron.

Dragons Lair is an awesome gym, but lots of people in there filming content. The gym that Cutler trains at is mediocre. More about the aesthetic than the equipment.
Torture gym is where I would train if I was in Vegas. There's also an old, disgusting LVAC on Sahara by the car dealerships that has tons of bad-ass old school equipment

I haven’t been to very many but I really liked The Gym in San Diego and Warhouse in San Antonio. Both have no A/C but it hits a little different in Texas in the summer lol. I hate a cold gym so it suits me well. The Powerstation in Middletown is pretty badass too.its not too far from my place in Ohio

There guys outside of Texas don't know about it! I'm training quads right now in an air conditioned LA Fitness but the temperature outside is 101 and heat index is 108 - I've already drank my 64oz intraworkout shake, a 20oz Gatorade Zero, and I'm about to get another 20oz Gatorade Zero after I post this.

I’ll take it over cold any day lol. At least the humidity isn’t horrible.

Where are you at in Ohio bro, I mean if you don't care to post it? I'm from the Dayton area originally, and Powerwstation will ALWAYs be extremely significant for me, not to mention what a vast array of unique and sick as fuck equipment. A perfect gym imo, grungy and badass with tons of unique shit and a no bullshit limited filimg / influencer allowed policy.

Favorite gyms are the Warrior Gym at Nellis Air Force Base, its a fucking compound (but you have to get a pass from an Airman, be an airman spouse or be a contractor, not open to public) and the LVAC (Las Vegas Athletic Club) located on Flamingo Road (even more of a compound with an absurd amount of machines. Great gym)

Nothing really on my bucket list in terms of gyms.

I’ve trained at Binous and Reds - my life is complete.

Quads gym and Westside Barbell

I’d like to train at the metroflex where Ronnie and Branch train, also Bev Francis powerhouse gym

The Gym in San Diego. Maybe it’s recency bias for me and that I just visited and trained there with my son. The owners were super cool and just a perfect selection of equipment. A solid crowd where I don’t stand out I just fit in.

From back in the day:
George Turners Gym in st louis ( awesome vibe.. homemade equipment from Turner himself.. Jeff King, Tony Pearson, Samir , Phil Williams etc etc all trained there on the regular)

Muscle Works in the UK.. awesome place where so many British bodybuilders got their start.. great equipment

Golds Venice .. the name says it all

Fitness Forum .. arguably the best gym I trained at.. in Santa Monica.. the owner took old nautilus and icarian and redid them with new cams and bearings.. he had everything first generation .. old equipment but beyond awesome.. I got to workout with Tom Prince there also..

Quads gym IL.. awesome gym.. every piece you ever needed is in that gym.. great owners at the time..

Usa gym.. chuck sanow is the owner.. hardcore.. it had no AC.. And heat left a lot to be desired.. but great equipment and atmosphere..

Worlds Gym Venice... great place.. not as well equipment as you'd think.. lots of old handmade Joe Gold equipment.. but home to all the stars from Arnold to Lee priest.. great employees.. I met the old time ironager Zabo there as he worked there. Great guy..

Golds Gym west Hollywood.. great gym and atmosphere. .

If you have a look at madhouse gyms on insta there sheer amount of old school kit is insane. He travels all over the us to collect unique pieces. He is so committed it’s untrue. I think they have 3 locations

If you ever are in Edmonton Alberta stop and ask yourself why then head to Bull Pen on Stoney Plain for one of the best old hardcore gyms around. 200lb dumbbells. Brings tears of joy just thinking of it
