Definitely. I'll go back and forth between chicken or cooked fish and yams or rice, ham and eggs, etc. Just right now I'm into wraps. I've even started melting some real butter and frying the wrap in a large skillet or griddle on both sides all crispy. Quite good! LOLI mean it just depends on what you call “sushi” lol. What I posted - def not a cheat meal. You can pretty much eat that in prep. Now US schwag “sushi” like shrimp tempura rolls covered in eel sauce and cream cheese… that’s a cheat meal for sure.
Kidding aside, I consider variety very important. It's kept me eating clean because the healthy options are nearly endless and very quick and tasty. I doubt most non-weightlifters even know how eat a clean diet that is both savory and good for them. That's a lot of what I help my people with. And they start to even feel better after a few weeks. More energy, more positive thinking, fat starts to break up. It will prolong their lives.
