Always see the threads about favorite pre-workout meals. What's your favorite post workout meal. Mine is probably good ole grilled chicken and white rice :)
 
8oz ground Bison w/onions...1/2 cup brown rice, 1oz almonds (roasted, unsalted) and some grilled Asparagus...mmmm
 
Sushi for sure.
If I don't get sushi, flank steak and sweet potatoes always works.

I usually go with chicken and rice. I used to drizzle honey on the chicken and use chilli flakes too. Now it's just a few spices and maggi sauce plus jasmine rice.
 
Lean ground beef and white rice with ketchup (low sugar).
 
Sushi all the way
 
I do the same thing everyday. As soon as I'm done working out I go to work and make 2 cans of tuna, one natural whole wheat bun and an apple.
 
12 ounce fillet mignon and rice.

But I'm poor so usually a can of tuna and rice or white bread
 
8 tuna rolls with 6 pieces of tuna sashimi
 
8oz Top Round w/ 2cups jazzy rice
 
Dozen egg whites with hot sauce and 4 English muffins. It's a ritual haha.

Eggs and steak with rice and broccoli cauliflower mash

or

Ground turkey with eggs and ezekial bread toast
