Favorite protein powder?

I Dont use Protein powder at all since stopping my Bloating/sibo is much better. I blend a chicken breast up and add 1 scoop of Nesquik PWO.

Canadian Protein Whey isolate. 3rd party batch testing verifying Amino acid values. Cinnabun flavor is delicious and digests easily pre workout. I also ordered the True Nutrition coffee whey and marshmallow whey isolate to be sent to my mom’s house when I visit the US next week. Curious to try it after Dante was putting it over on Instagram a few weeks ago

Same here...The only prob. w/myself is I can fly through so much of it, which is both good and bad. My protein intake isn't lacking at all but, I don't seem to order enough each time.

I just started using dymatize coco pebbles. Amazing

I just ordered some dymatize fruity pebbles after reading this lol. I try to eat mostly Whole foods, lower calorie and low sodium. But I do get about 50g of protein every day from a shake. Lately I’ve been using Animal and it’s just okay.

First off not a huge fan of protein shakes to say the least, much rather drink a container of egg whites. That being said I do use protein powders just for flavoring, I’ll add them to cottage cheese, yogurt or I’ll mix up a pudding/cake batter type consistency just for a treat if I’m craving something that resembles something like a treat. I don’t ever count the actual intake as “real” protein…just my thing here’s the current flavors I’ve been using, Cbums vanilla oatmeal cookie is pretty good and allmax has some decent flavors as well.

Their having a big sale right now on their site, 12 case for $9.99 I believe. I was drinking like 4 of those a day at the beginning of this month during my knee surgery at the Hosptial. Got the job done

Not sure what it is, but protein prices everywhere jumped at least $10-15 this month. Local sup shop/whole sale nutrition use to sell their 5lb whey for 50 bucks and yesterday jumped up to $64.68 for the same 5lbs. Even muscle and strength on their cheaper whey proteins went up buy $10. At this point I’ll probably start shopping around for ISO now as muscle n strength usually has a solid selection n pricing hasn’t seemed to gotten hit yet for their iso selection.

Just a heads up, right now a lot of places are having a sale for Memorial Day weekend.

I dip rice cakes in it. Or throw some peanut butter on top and eat it with a spoon. I haven't drank a shake in years, and I do NOT miss it lol

That protein powder is expensive as heck wow… over 70 for 4 lbs… id love to try it as the pudddibg like u stated tho… i may find a smaller container just to try it

It's funny you say that. It was $54 a month ago. Even the ON at my Sam's club went from 55 to 75 in that same time frame. I think we're going to see price increase across all protein currently.

Thanks for the save. I figured something was odd when you told me you didn’t see any sale on their site. My bad on that reference as well, but again thanks for the heads up cus I was about to grab a few cases. They definitely aren’t bad when in need, so I’ve been trying to keep an eye out for them on sale.
