-----i pose this after watching the olympia last weekend bodybuilding.com that we do buy from gave an award away for every damn thing down to the best shaker of the year,,,myself i have found optimum gold standard hard to beat for the price and taste but there only like 300 companies these days

For taste: Muscle Milk. But I hate the carbs and low protein content.

Value: Elite XT..tastes great, awesome value, works well. Rest of the Dymatize line is good too.

Never tried Truenutrition.

Quality wise, nothing out there compares to Synthepure...You're not dealing with the after-bloat that you get from other whey isolates and being flavorless, it can be mixed with anything for the desired taste!

Optimum Nutrition is garbage. I used their protein for awhile many eons ago. Overpriced for what you get(even their gold standard protein which is whey iso AND concentrate btw) and too much filler. Truenutrition for me.

could not agree more on the optimum being garbage but free is fucking great, plus it agrees with my stomach man i have some stomach issues but when im having to pay i like this company called beverly international,,,but there lot out there these days

beverly doesnt do much marketing i really never heard of them until i started competition little pricey,,,but seems very clean and once again agrees with my stomach,,,but man it seems like ive tried so many over the yrs and i do try to switch up from now and then but one the supplement stores is supply for our athletes times tight so free is good if it something i can digest,,,i really appreciate everyones feedback of this subject by the way,,,pm is the shit
