whats your favorite protien source? i got so tired of egg whites it must be a good 3 months since i had an egg. im getting there with chicken too. right now im downing around 3.6 lbs a day and im just curious where you guys get the bulk of your protien? no powders.
 
Tuna and chicken

I alternate though. I might have tuna one day chicken the next. Or tuna and chicken in the same day and throw a steak in for dinner. Without powder i wouldn't meet my daily requirments though.

ive been using fitday.com to make sure and i was surprised how easy it is for me to get 400 grams of protien a day only eating when im hungry. (im hungry alot). that doesnt count what i get from LBA's

My favorite protein source is lean ground beef. I love hamburger, it goes well with rice, potatoes, everything. it is just soooooooooo good. I eat it every day for lunch when i am not leaning up.
 
Steak is easily my favorite protein source. I get the bulk of my protein from chicken...I hate chicken.
 
Tkav, fitday is great for logging in foods. I would eat 6 meals a day, but jungeling work and a family, it is hard to make all those meals. Generally, I eat 3-4 times, and 3-4 times take in protein drink. I eat alot of beef and chicken, Whey doing the day, and casin b4 bed. You eat more protien than me, I am at 350, but I eat 400-450 carbs per day.

Pretty much my diet, minus fruits and veggies.

rinsed ground beef
scallops and seabass (when I can afford it)
 
1) New York strip steak 2) orange roughy and scallops 3) Beef tenderloin
But the majority of my protein comes from the old standbys tuna, eggs, ground beef and pork chops. I haven't ate a chicken breast in four months and I could easily go another 4 as I'm so sick of chicken.
 
Surprised no one has mentioned shrimp.. This actually reminded me how much I love shrimp and how I gotta get some! lol.. But I usually get the big bag of jumbo shrimp, and the protein in it is nuts! I forget how much exactly, but I know on a gram for gram basis vs. other meats, it's got alot more..
 
Pretty much any red meat. Bison is my favorite when I can get ahold of it. Also enjoy elk, moose, caribou and beef. Still have 100+ pounds of moose in my freezer.

I good Sirloin and eggs. Lot's of ground beef, cause its cheap.
 
my favorite is mackerel sashimi. snapper, tuna, salmon, white fish are good too. my favorite every day protein has to be chicken breast. its very lean and you can prepare it so many ways
