Phil made me realise that if you are doing pressing exercises for your triceps and chest you really only need to do heavy laterals raises for shoulders... It works!!!

I do my workout,,in order,, CHEST/SHOULDERS/TRICEPS
I like overhead presses for shoulders. I normally use DB'S but
lately have been using the hammer strength overhead shoulder press
machine.
