chest and shoulders

Dips --> Decline Press --> OH Press

1 workset for each. Low reps for Dips. High reps for the last two. Done :p
 
I train shoulders with traps and do them every thursday

Seated Overhead Barbell Press-3 sets-6-12 reps
Side DB Raises-3 sets-8-12 reps
Side Cable Raises-3 sets-8-12 reps
Bent-Over DB Raises-3 sets-12-15 reps
Reverse Pec Deck-3 sets-12-15 reps
Hammer Strength Shrug Machine(i love this machine)-4 sets-10-20 reps
DB Shrugs-4 sets-10-20 reps
 
im having ac joint issues so i train them after chest so it is very warmed up. weights are down but i havent lost size and the pain is slowly going away
 
I train shoulders/traps every friday.

Smith machine press 3 working sets
Side laterals 3 working sets
Reverse pec deck 3 working sets
Hammer strength shoulder press (backwards, facing the seat) 3 working sets
Barbell shrugs 5 working sets
Hammerstrength shrug 3 working sets

Hand-stand pushups (2 sets), one handed pushups (one set with forced negatives), Dips leaning forward (two sets forced negatives)

For me, the exercise choice on chest and shoulders is based on the torn pec. I can do most exercises on shoulders but my all time favorite workout is:

Smith Military Press - 1 working set 6-8 reps, drop weight by 25% and hit as many reps as possible
DB Side Laterals - same as above
DB Rear Laterals - 1 working set 8-12 reps

I work them with chest, triceps, back width, back thickness.
 
Phil made me realise that if you are doing pressing exercises for your triceps and chest you really only need to do heavy laterals raises for shoulders... It works!!!
 
My shoulders are my far my best body part. Hell last month they got so big and wide I couldn't fit into an MRI machine, and they had to send me fifty miles away to an open MRI. So therefore I hate every shoulder exercise! It's also a bodypart for me that is very prone to injury!
 
Either with Back or Chest, sometimes triceps

1 Compound, 1 accessory. Progressive on reps or weight. 1 working set

Behind the Neck press in smith is probably my favorite
 
I like doing shoulders all by themselves. My favorite is 1-2 sets of light dumbbell side laterals 20-25 reps
Then 2 good working sets of One-Arm Dumbbell Over-Head Presses as heavy as I can go for 4-6 reps

...if it takes me longer than 10 minutes to obliterate my delts, I'm just not focusing.
 
Standing military press couple warm up and 3 work sets for 5/3/1
Incline bench or DB depending on what I feel like for 3-4 sets 8-10 reps
Upright rows 3-4 sets 10-12 reps
some form of laterals be it standing, seated or cable 3 sets 10-12 reps
 
Smith Machine Press 3 sets 8-12 reps
Wide grip upright Row/BB or Cable 3 sets 8-12 reps
DB Side Lateral 3 sets 12-16 reps
Rope front raise on a low pulley 2 sets 12-16 reps

Sometimes finish off with a set of light seated side laterals for 20 reps or a long drop set of standing side laterals.

+1. Incline BB and CG Bench works the front delts pretty hard and rows hit the rear delts nicely. I only do DB side laterals now for direct shoulder work.

Now here is a South Florida Freak's secret I stole! Shhh
I got this one from Jason Huh:
Standing thick handle one arm overhead Press on the Hammer Strength Low Row Machine! You use the bar where you load the plates as the handle and do 3/4 reps (all the way down, 3/4 of the way up)! Front and side delts are lit up with the unique arc of the machine.

I do Front and side delts after Chest.....
Rear delts and traps after back...

Db side laterals 2 sets x 10-14, then 1 drop sets running the rack (4 drops)
Jason Huh Presses 2 sets x 8-14 to failure
Side lateral machine one 100 rep set
 
Okay I thought this was a serious thread and then I get to see a pink sheep and where the f--k did you guys get all those pictures, that had me going.

BTW, I do shoulders with traps

Shoulders
Overhead presses 4 sets and the final set I do a drop set for 3 sets
Bent over laterals 3 working sets of 8-12 reps
Side laterals single arm, I hold onto a upright bench and lean to the side which puts more stress onto the medial head

Traps
3 sets dumbell shrugs
3 sets barbell behind the badk with reverse grip shrugs
