guys want to ask, my plan was use slin pre-workout, gh after workout, but my qestion is food and shakes timing?
1 hr. before workout solid meal
15min before wo. slin
during workout sip shake (dextrose & some bcaa)
immediately after workout gh
30min post workout solid meal
sounds good?
