Favorite Trap building exercise--->

Rack Pulls helped my bottom and mid traps out quite a bit , but NOTHING has given me better results then HEAVY ASS Shrugs for 8 reps. Started at about 335 for reps and am now at about 395, I also like to make sure there CLEAN if I feel I get to sloppy I have no problem bumping the weight down 20 pounds or more.
 
Deadlifts, rack pulls
Lat raises n upright rows hit them too
 
power pulls are def the way to go.
rack pulls are nice if actually done right, but thats a rariety
 
Upright felt really weird on my shoulders. Felt like I might be doing damage.
 
hang cleans, any clean for that matter and deads/rack deads always make my traps look gross. db shrugs are great too with a hold at the top and a long slow negative with a deep stretch.
 
I ways do trap work along with shoulders which includes various exercises. My favorite is shrugs.
 
Heavy rack pulls. Every third or fourth week do full deadlifts instead.
 
smith machine shrugs. supersetting regular and behind the back
 
Another vote for deadlifts/rack pulls. Nothing better for your yoke!
 
Low bar squats made my traps bigger I think. Either that or deads or bench.
