Man, i WRECKED my diet this weekend cause of my buddies wedding and a trip outta town. And i mean BAD!

By tuesday i felt like my insides were rotting. I got back to normal yesterday, but i STILL feel crappy. Im blown away how so many people can each like shit non-stop, every day. Can you just get used to the burning stomach and lethargic feeling? I wonder if people realize how much better they would feel with a decent diet....

I am so rite there with you! I ate like a mad man this past long weekend and have felt like pure crap every since!!

Give it a week, youll be back to normal. Eat only greens and fruits for your carbs. Youre carrying a lot of water...but man youre going to have some leverage in the gym for a while. Take advantage of it and go heavy!

I keep expecting durning my trips to the bathroom to drop a bowling ball.

My weekend feasting was hot dogs, hamburgers (I am sure not the 90+lean either) Spare ribs, random steaks,
all kinds of picnic salads by the pound I swear!
and to top it off pizza and hot wings for UFC on saturday night!

I am starting to recover after 3 days of strict dieting but damn man I can not figure out how I was ok with feeling so shitty for so long before I started back up on the transformation trail!!!
 
i ate a whole one of those huge 20 inch cookies from cookie co at the mall through out the day, and got bad acid reflex
 
only human brother ..no different than anyone else on this board..just use the anger to train and look at it in the end as a blessing in disguise...like some sort of reboot..as if sometimes things happen for a reason.
 
It's good to eat like a damn pig sometimes. Wont kill you.
 
I only had one bad weekend in the past few months (easter) and it realy wasen't that bad , just munched all day mostly on ham and "drunk chickens" , probably double the calories I normals eat ,I did eat some bad stuff like a mid size helping of baked maccaroni and some candied yams. I felt like shit for two days after but by wednesday I felt great , power was back and of course by the following Sunday it was back to the same routine.

I make it a point to eat one good steak dinner every other week generaly a rib eye bout 12-16 oz with steamed broccoli , no carbs for several hrs before and no carbs after at all till the next day.

I just hate how cheating keeps you hanging close to the toliet all fucking day.

I got about 45 days till my first show and have vowed to keep the diet realy tight from here on out even cutting out the rib eyes and replacing with serloin , elk or deer.
 
Well, in addition to my poor food choices, i drank at my buddies wedding too. Im pretty sure THATS what caused me to feel like crap for so long. Ill still have a drink here or there nowadays when im not dieting, but nothing wild. The wedding was a different story :eek:

Add that to the fact that my diet sucked for the next 2 days, and i didnt hit the gym for 3 days in a row because i was gone...and its the perfect storm! On the bright side, im good with gluttony now for a yr or so :p
