FIRST OFF THE IS NOT A INSULT TO ANYONE!!!

But I have seen Tony in person while training soley with Phil, and then one year later at the same exact show, while following, I'm assuming, the Zane approach.

Tony, if he was competeing against himself from the previous year, this years version (Zane) destroyed last years version. (I was there, in person, both times)

I assume what Tony is saying that he has learned from both men, and still has more to learn from both of them.

Nah, whatever phil approch or Zane...just up your doses and you will be happy.....

But yes I think you need to works with phil againe to add some mass here and there....

Thank you I am trying to be a better person so I can get where I want to be. I still have a lot of work ahead of me but at this point in my life getting to that level of freedom and self assurance is my top priority.
