By getting leaner and of course as you burn the fat out of not just fat tissue but the fat that’s in muscle, marbling if you will, you will have better shape as the muscle is denser and easier to see without the body fat over it. If that was your question if it’s actually HOW well training wise higher reps and volume coupled with am fasted cardio. You don’t have to get bigger to be more dense/seperated/striated pick your term.How do you gain shape without gaining size ?
