Ive started pct and exactly a week in to it im feeling terribly blue and in a sense somewhat emotional.. Im not gonna say its a depressed feeling but it seems im looking for any excuse not to hit the gym and sit at home and just chill out... Now ive been training hard since March and im thinking that i could be burned out and just need some rest,,, OR could Clomid have this effect on a person and be causing this?
 
Could be a combination of the clomid and being burned out. Maybe you should take a week or two off and let your body rest. By that time maybe you will have finished your pct and can get back in the gym and give 110%.
 
its the clomid. shit is bad news for the blues. Its strong stuff and if you are emotionally sound and take it it could cause very strong depression.

lower the dose. or just stop. i know many guys who dont use clomid post cycle. or just at low doses.

I would guess your estrogen levels have increased dramatically so my suggestion would be to start arimidex asap and use hcg for min. 2 weeks. You may also be a bit burned out but my first thought is estrogens to high!
 
feeling emotional and "blue" is a symptom of low testosterone. considering you just finished your cycle, your endogenous test levels are probably low enough to give you this feeling. They'll bounce back eventually. Force yourself to hit the gym, working out will help your test rebound. you don't have to go all out but make sure you break a sweat.

Estrogen may also be high. If you are noticing other symptoms of high estrogen, that may be another approach to take.

I highly doubt your mood can be attributed to over training as working out is a known way to enhance mood so again, make yourself go to the gym. It should help.

In many people, high levels of testosterone have been linked to an above average sense of well being. What you may also be feeling is simply withdraw from having such high test for so long. Just my 2 cents, hope it helps.
 
the clomid blues

i dont handle those kinds of blues very well. what i use mostly is HCG.

imo, if it gets really bad, drop the clomid and get some hcg. jmho. it might not be the best choice for your pct right now but its better than doing something drastic while your not too clear headed.
 
THE BLUES..

Clomid makes me super emotional, so I keep the dose low, get some hcg if possable. I have a therory just from my own experiences, so this has no real science but after your cycle ends use your pct but also use a fast acting test like prop or suspention or maybe proviron cut in half use it at say 5-20mg
run it every day for as long as you need. With me I go by the little boys down below when they start growing I stop the low dose test . This way you are still getting a little test to stabilize your mood but your natural test will be able to still kick start back up so to speak usualy faster.
 
Well first things first i am def. gonna make myself go to the gym.. I sat up to about midnite last night came up with a new routine and I decided to start going to the gym @ 6am rather than 830 pm so when i woke today @ 545am I got my ass to the gym and did my business and so far during work day i feel damn good.. As far as the clomid goes I was shocked to find out it has a tendancy to wreck havoc on your emotions,, its almost funny to me.. But the dose just got dropped in half this morning..
