hey guys, iv been using lean gains (shelby starnes) and its a great diet, should check it out for those unaware. but for the last couple weeks not, i have been feeling REALLY flat even if i am consuming lots of carbs and fats. i am not sure if its my carb sources (oats and sushi rice ) but any suggestions on what i could do? strength is still good in the gym, its just the way i feel throughout the entire day. since im eating a decent amount of carbs, i should be feeling like that feeling you have after a cheat meal.
i am on cycle as well (sponsor here) tren 400/week and test 250/ week. safe to say i have no sides, not much strength gains, slight pumps in the gym and libido is not up there unless i force it...no random boners in other words, or no strong urge to have sex. i feel overtrained but then again i took a week off, came back strong and this feeling is happening again
