Feeling Way off on Rhodiola

Upon closer evaluation ( in USSR) they found that RR raised blood insulin levels and decreased the levels of glucagon ( an insulin antagonist ). The administration of RR also led to 50 to 80 percent increase in liver glycogen.

thats actually interesting.

for some time i had and occasionally do have a weird bg thing where i would vomit in the morning with my sups and coffee.

it seemed to coincide with various sup things but as usual i always had too much in play to narrow down to just one thing.

i have not been taking rho for a while now and while the vomiting thing didnt happen "often" with mention of this i can sure say it has happened less, maybe one time since not taking rho. :lightbulb:

food for though.

this happened more often with peptides too.:lightbulb:
 
yeah bro, i would expect any "energy"

thats a tricky word and concept unto itself but i certainly wouldnt tell someone to take rho for "energy" lol.

"energy" is sort of a vague concept

rho in general i would not say gives one "energy" in any real like head clearing focus sort of way, certainly not in a "stimy" way.

some ppl may get a very different effect due to specific head stuff but i have found that rare and in general and in my experience i just would not say it gives you "energy".

there may be some conceptual arguments but....:sta:-wars
