Female, 4 weeks out help

Hey guys, I have a friend who is 4 weeks out from a figure contest. Her coach has her on the following:

3cc Deca/week
Var 10mg/day
winny 10mg/day
Clen 2 days on 1 off
He also wants her to use lasix before the show...

Pre-contest prep is not my area of expertise but this "coach" seems like a nut job. 600mg Deca?!? 4 weeks out and she's still taking it? Just doesnt seem right and the lasix scares me too.

My gut says drop the Deca like yesterday, stay on the var and winn until 3 days out from the show and add in some proviron the last week. Ditch the lasix and use nolva to manage water.

Thoughts?

and only precontest

oh wow i habe never heard of a woman taking deca!! i am an IFBB pro figure competitor and i have done 16 shows, never had my coach ever recommend deca if you come in lean enough you shouldn't have problems with water depletion
at 4 weeks out i run
20 mg var
10mg winn
20mg provision
20 mg novodex
1mg arimdex
1/4 cc primo 2xweek
and i follow a very strict diet!!!! you can take all this and if your diet is not right it won't work!!

It happens , I think people do web searches for a specific topic and it brings them to old threads and when they comment they don’t realize thats it’s sometimes years old. That’s not always a bad thing , some stuff needs to be bumped back up sometimes especially by women for women as there is not nearly as much females information or member
