I compete in Nabba Figure, this is my strategic:
)My last 10 days before a contest:
10 days before: I increase the water. I take more than 8 litres per day,
7 days before: I stop the heavy weight trainning, start to increase the salt intake, and decrease carb. Keep hi water intake.
Sunday: I start the depletation, I train in circuit 2 times a day, beyond the cardio, I cut 50% of carb( total carb intake=75-100gr), and I increase a bit more the salt. Keep hi water intake.
Monday: I cut more 25% of carb (total carb intake=50-100gr), and I increase more the salt.Trainning circuit and cardio 2 times a day.Keep Hi water intake.
Tuesday:I cut more 25% carb ( total carb=25gr ), trainning circuit and cardio 2 times, I reduce a litle the salt. Keep hi water intake.
Wednesday: I cut all the carb, and cut all the salt and sodium. I train circuit and cardio 1 time a day. I reduce a litle the water
Thrusday: I start the carb up, 400gr day...I use small meals all the day...a use rice and sweet potato, I use small amounts of chiken breast and flax seed oil. I reduce 50% of the water intake.
Friday: same the thrusday, but I cut all the water.
Saturday ( show): I dont drink the water and I prefer dont eat to much, right before stage I use some fast carbs (I like chocolates and wine, maybe some salt if necessary)...
I like to study strategics for the final week...and I want to know opinions and advices, too...
