Female Gh dosing schedule question

So I need a opinion on dosing schedule for female while cutting...

so if a female was cutting and doing 6 meals a day, when is the optimal time to take 2iu of GH for aid in fat loss? I know there are a million opinions on this, but just wanted to ask for when, and most importantly WHY you feel this way.

The dose would have to be either...
2iu - 1 to 1 1/2 hours after breakfast in the morning (breakfast @ 5am..leave for work at 6:30ish)

or

2iu 30min pre-bedtime after casein protein shake

or

1 iu morning
1 iu night

Opinions?
 
No reason for her protocol to be any different than a man's. And I hope she isn't expecting radical results with a total of 2 iu per day.

If she is over 30 take GH before going to sleep. If she is under 30, first thing in the morning 30-45 minutes before eating. Wake up , take the shot, shower, pack meals for the day, then cook and eat breakfast before heading out the door.

I would have her take 2iu AM or 2iu PWO.
 
She is mid 30's and Former Competitive BB... she is now just out of the sport and tired of bulking and cutting... would like to just eat semi-clean (not contest prep) and maintain more lean frame year round. She can put on muscle VERY easily, but also put on fat if she doesn't watch the diet close.

So after 2 replies we are in the same boat...alin says in the morning and night.... other person says at night before bed..and yet another says am and pwo.

But what yet I have to see is WHY people feel the way they do, or is it just from reading other bro science. No offense to any vets, but I always like to make decisions with a reason behind them and research those reasons.

I have seen the best results in women dosing 2iu first thing in the morning, 15-30 minutes before performing fasted cardio. I have read that the administration of GH causes the body to dump fatty acids into the bloodstream, making them readily available to burn for energy.

That would be ideal...however she wakes at 4:45am...eats breakfast, and out the door for work by 6:30. So morning cardio is out.
 
We had my wife on 2iu every morning. No cardio, as she doesn't have time. She had harder muscles and experienced fat loss in all the right places. No science. It was just what we tried and it worked so we stayed with it.
 
As others have said, first thing in the morning. Mine takes 1 iu, gets ready for work (about an hr), then eats.

This is best for fat loss. Second best middle of night when waking up to piss
