FEMALE HRT

Hey everyone. Looking to help an older female friend out who is currently battling with her doctor on medications for her HRT. She's on a test cream and estrogen patch. They keep fluctuating her doses and she's not stabilized. I was thinking of getting some advice for a low dose test to just simplify it all. Any suggestions or advice?

Always been curious as standard female HRT; i know its a mix of prog + e2, but what doses? ie standard HRT for men is 250mg e2w
