To those who think she is over training, there is no over training when you have enough anabolics and food.
I like that you are doing insulin preworkout and IGF1 post workout.
Take a look at MUTANTS PROTOCOL.
It’s 10ius HGH subQ preworkout, 8-16 units intramuscular insulin 15 minutes later which is enough time for the hgh to pass the liver, then your preworkout shake.
Sip an intraworkout shake while training.
Post workout 100mg IGF1 intramuscularly to fill any remaining IGF1 receptors. Then a post workout shake.
In regards to add hgh lowering your insulin sensitivity...
I’m doing 10ius HGH split dose, am IM, post workout subQ.
I notice I’m very full and vascular with crazy pumps. I only need to add insulin every couple days to fill me out like crazy. If you don’t go flat after a big HGH shot then your insulin sensitivity is fine.
I would take insulin after all my evening HGH shots but sometimes it’s late and I’m too tired to eat enough carbs to not go hypo.
Also, you were right about doing insulin IM. I do that now and love the fast peak and shorter half life.
In regards to comments on your diet.
I love that your diet is so clean now.
Your calories are fine. I go hypo a lot too but I’m gaining weight, strength, growing fast, and losing fat, 3,500 calories is perfect to grow and lean out simultaneously. It’s too extreme for most people to ride the fine line of low blood glucose, but it gets you bigger and leaner at the same time. I’ve gained 22Lbs of muscle with 3,500 calories, so keep doing what you’re doing.
Keep up the good work. Never let opinions of others bring you down. Stay true to yourself. And most importantly, have fun!!!
