Fermented Drinks- Does anyone here make their own Kombucha?

Weve usually got 2 gallons going at a time. I initially disliked it but now that we've tried a bunch of different additions I love it. Beats the socks off the stuff you can buy at the store, and infinitely less expensive.

Pineapple juice + candied ginger = heaven

I do my own beer so my lady likes having something similar to do lol. Just hoping she doesn't get the itch to make wine.
