Hey guys, anybody here have any input on gear affecting fertility. I've been thinking about it recently and i would feel terrible if my gear usage meant that I could not have kids

In general, becoming infertile purely from AAS is incredibly rare. Most guys who struggle with fertility after using AAS are either using the wrong fertility protocol or had fertility issues before using AAS, though that can almost never be ascertained because nobody's thinking that far ahead that they get a sperm analysis done before using AAS.

Plenty of guys on this board and in the greater bodybuilding world have had kids after using AAS and many have conceived when on AAS without using any fertility enhancements.

Best thing you can do if concerned over this is to get some of you jizz frozen. Cause after years (20yrs) of AAS use, and prescribed TRT I’m pretty much sterile. I had a son though abt 3 years into cycling. My 1st wife didn’t want #2 so I just proceeded to use because I was fine with just one child.

Fast forward to now and I’m remarried and onto wife #2. Well she’d love to have a child with me but it’s just not in the cards. I’ve tried multiple drug protocols without any luck. I probably could’ve gone into more expensive routes to conceive, but I’m just not willing to pay out that much money. Not gonna put financial strain on myself before bringing anutha life into this world. So it’s caused issues between us, but ultimately she’s accepted this is how it’s gonna be.

Freeze ya several loads and then ya covered!

As daniel said, TONS of threads about this on PM.
Honestly, as someone goin thru this right now....it seems, at least from anecdotal evidence and forums, moooost guys can come back from heavy gear usage and get their ladies preg. I have seen very few stories where dudes were unsuccessful using a fertility drug protocol after years of big time usage. Im sure there are some, but there arent a ton of them. Of course everyone is different, but there are drugs routines out there to get the boys working again.

Best thing you can do, get your test levels tested, have your lady tested. But also, do not think its going to happen over night. If your lady has been on the pill for a long time, her body will not kick back normal over night. My wife and I tried for 1.5 years, I was on stuff the whole time, 1.5 yrs into it, had a test done on my sperm, I was good to go so she was going to get tested the next week and boom she got prego. Have fun with it, the more you try, more stress on your lady. My Dr told me no stress. He had a client, tried for 5 years. Never got prego, they adopt and a month later she was prego.

I do 500mcg's once a week and my testicles drop and my sperm increases. I take cialis once a week also. Works like a charm for me. I'm actually hornier and have much longer sex.

When do you implement the HCG? On a cruise? And you just pin the 500 once?

Take this for what it’s worth. I’ve used gear for about 10+ years and I’m having my child soon. I did have to use Hcg and hmg to get my sperm count up though.

Once a week only 500mcg's. To much and you will do the same thing that you are already doing running gear and shut down your own natural production. Trust me this works. You will notice a decline coming into the end of the week but as soon as you take another shot your testicles drop and it starts all over. It's what we have to deal with staying on or doing high dosages. Take that shot once a week and you'll be ok. The only thing I think might be different is maybe you need more or less. Maybe a shot closer in duration like every 5 days instead of 7 days. That's up to you to decide your personal response.

I had a kid on year seven of using AAS off and on, during my pct but before all that I've been nutting in bitches since I was 20 which was a year after I've used. Not exactly a smart thing for me to be rolling the dice like that but life is still great and I'm enjoying fatherhood.

Curious how some of you all are doing? I'm on month 5 of hcg monotherapy and count is >20M. We haven't really been "trying" (meaning timing ovulation and I've just coincidentally traveled a ton recently for work). As I wind down travel we are getting serious about trying (our normal routine is every ~2 days sex) but I'm basically castrated with no TRT. Viagra does basically nothing.

Now that I've given my body 5 months of HCG/HMG/Enclomiphene I'm considering jumping back on trt (All I need is 70-100mgs to feel great) and just continue with the HCG and HMG.

The alternative is to keep sticking it out but holly hell almighty I feel TERRIBLE.

Just fyi we do have one kid already who is 9.

yea freeze, i didnt want kids til 40, 20 years of competing and training, son due in Feburary but it took 2 1/2 years and $70,000 but we have 2 more good embryos and will try for 3 kids, if youre young or your gear is bullshit youll get kids but if your shit is legit and youve been on for more than 4-6 weeks odds are your count is too low to concieve. i had three ex gfs get pregnatthe first time they fucked a guy after we split up so if you want kids cylce you shit and either freeze or do it before 35.
