Fertility/ recovery update and opinions

Hey guys - been a long 7-8 months recovering, wife and I are trying to start a family now

Wild to feel free test levels drop from 5600 - 104. My Dr is useless and endo referral was denied (thanks Canada). Im not 100% on my next step, I believe I should stop HCG and continue with the rest, but Id really appreciate input.

I just got lab results back:

LH 1.5 (1.3-9.6)
FSH 1 (1-16)
Test 13 (7.6-31.4)
SHBG 24 (12-60)
Free Test 309 (160-699)

I am currently using:

HCG 1500iu MWF
HMG 75iu MWF
Nolva 10mg daily
Clomid 20mg daily

I got bloods on Monday, and last dose of HCG/HMG was the Friday before.

My bloodwork in December:

LH 1.1 (1.3-9.6)
FSH >1 (1-16)
Test 3.4 (7.6-31.4)
SHBG 10 (12-60)
Free Test 104 (160-699)

Most recent sperm results, March:

These results are 120% - 164% improvement from the previous test in February.

Concentration - 60 (>15)
Number 266 (>39)
Round cell concentration 2 (<1)
Total motile 33.37 (>40)
Progressive 29 (>32)
Normal morphology 1 (>4)

Have you seen the recent thread? fertility bloodwork?

It might have some helpful information in it from guys going over their results

So basically you’ve got the count up, personally I wouldn’t go dropping anything.
But your motility (how well they move), progression (how far they move in one direction), and morphology (their physical structure) is all bad.

Supplements will help with this but I can’t quantify how much.

I would go to Grok AI and put in “supplements for sperm motility and morphology”

You’ll get more information faster, and be able to ask questions back and forth a lot faster than you would here

As far as I know you should be able to get most if not all of it OTC, antioxidants and minerals etc
