My low abs and low back are coming in slowly, used some Glucagon tonight so we'll see how that works.

I'm hoping that it's mostly water and will go this last week.

I'm guessing i'll come in at about 225#, i was 227 this morning really depleted. So figure drop 5# of water or so then carb up.

My first show is a Nabba show. It's a height class show. So i should be in the med/tall class which is 5'9" to 5'11" if they don't shuffle the classes at all.
