Thanks and I came in at 196 and I am 5-9' I need to try and step it up next year.

Thanks I hope to fill out over the next few years. I took 2nd in Light hvy. open and Overall in the Masters 35+. The Show was the Georgia State Championship and it had a good turn-out this year. I've placed 1 or 2nd in open Light Heavys for the last few years and I believe it's time to try and move to Hvy. Weight. hopefully. If not I'll just work with what I come up with.

Thanks and Yes Mike he is still holding the Georgia and he still runs a couple other smaller shows during the year. He runs a good show.

You probably dont remember me, I was in the novice HWT and did the open as well...I was a tall young guy. I believe we talked for a second backstage at the night show about what we were eating afterwards. You looked great though!
