1. How much time does it take to go into full ketosis,if you workout lets say on saturday evening(7:00pm) and dont take any carbs after that(not even post workout)?
This morning i feel pretty flat and drain at the moment,i wake up this morning and drank a protein shake + 5G of Omega 3.
2.Im going to try Palumbo diet, Should i keep working out from Monday tru friday? If yes should i Add carbs(Dextrose) to my pwo shake?This would kick me out of Ketosis right?
3.Will working out in Ketosis put you into Catabolic state(Muscle loss)?If i drank Protein + Glutamine shake pwo would that preserve muscle?
4.I personally think i can get my BF down to 8% WITHOUT any cardio, i feel i can burn alot of fat if i go on full ketosis.Mind you i gotta be strict so i dont go out of Keto,Do you think with just working out you can shed body fat? I wanna go from 14 to 8%.
5.About the Refeed, I would take this on Sunday Evening.When Palumbo talk about The refeed he said 300-500g of Carbs, thats over the course of the whole day or just 1 Meal? 400g Of Carb in 1 meal is a shitload of pasta...?
6.The shift from been flat(drain) to Fat loading , how many days does it take to go from the Start(when you get into ketosis) to it, in other terms how many days does it take to your body to get fuller again without the carbs and only the fats?
7.Is it normal that when in ketosis you have problem retaining heat?I always feel cold, like i need to put sweater and more clothes on...??
