Lol. That's good! Twins too. You look great for having a tear. When I tore my right bicep off the bone- I was PISSED. Like you I trained the heck out of everything else while the arm was out of whack and in the cast.

You sure don't carry any fat in your legs. That's terrific. Big and lean. You must be fairly disciplined in your eating considering you aren't all crappy looking even with a serious injury.
