i know i am not the only one and the damn thing last all day long. how do you fight post cheat meal/day gases? food choices, digestive enzimes, something else?
2 tablespoons of plain psyllium husk and a probiotic with breakfast the day after

I have tried taking psyllium husk 3 times but it always causes abdominal discomfort and I quit on day 1 or 2. Is this something I should just stick it out and goes away once your body gets used to the fiber??

less than the recommended dose. I think last time it was the caps and I only took one or two..

That's not enough. Try 2 tablespoons mixed with 16oz of water right after breakfast with a probiotic. It should clean you out pretty good by later in the day.
