was wondering if anyone has any advice on this matter


between work being slow and being in the hospital over the years I have ran up some credit card debts and was wondering if filing would be to go at this point...thoughts?

Personal bankruptcy and having your past debt being forgiven, is very hard to accomplish. You should contact a good attorney who handles this and see if he will give you some free advice

Chapter 13 have to wait 6 years to rebuild credit

Chapter 7 wait 10 years

problem I have is that they take all your stuff-kinda like repo

your allowed to have personal property to a certain degree...example your car can not be worth more than 3 grand
