I've got a Classic Physique show coming up this weekend which is in 2-day format.
I'm currently 196lbs one day out and need to make 192lbs.
I have been eating low carb/mod fat/mod protein all week, with sodium and water extremely high. What I'm doing right now is fasting all the way until weigh ins (about 34-36 hours), and am drinking 10g EAA's with pink salt every 1.5h until 5pm today which is when I'll be cutting water. If I wake up tomorrow still above weight, I'll rush to a sauna.
I'll be weighing in around 11am with prejudging starting at 3pm. It will likely be a while before I hit the stage though as CP is after all the fitness/juniors/masters/bodybuilders.
This gives me VERY limited time to fill out. I was hoping for some help on what to eat to fill out. Obviously digestibility is the priority here, but am not sure what kind of foods to eat. I was thinking bagels + jam + sugary cereals + poptarts etc, my thinking is that fats would only slow down digestion. My fats have been pretty high all week with lots of sirloin, pb, and eggs.
Any help I can get from you experienced guys would be much appreciated!
