filling out for summer

I started cutting and dieting early this year to ensure that i got lean for the start of summer. I used the palumbo diet, came down from 250 to about 215 but, I feel flat now and dont want to countine to cut. what type of diet or plan should I use to fil my muscle out have good workouts but shredded for the whole summer.

any advise appreciated

Stay on the diet but replace the fats with about 25-30 grams of carbs in meal 1 and the preworkout meal.

I tried that before and your on the border line with ketosis, the worst thing you wanna do. Either stay completely out of ketosis or be in full ketosis, otherwise you will feel like shit. Me personally, I like ice cream too much in the summer time to think about cutting! :D
 
thanks dakota im goin to try out ur plan hopefully I will fill out a little bit here.
