Anyone seen the Fairlife(in the US) or LaLa(in Mexico) milks where they filter out the lactose and it's up around 13-14g protein per serving? I've been using that because casein tastes like ass to me as my nightly protein and also usually drink 2 liters during the day.
If you need lower fat, they also sell it non-whole.
Fairlife also makes the Core Power protein shakes. 26g in one presentation and 42 in another. about 8oz size if I'm correct. Again, it's actual milk protein, intact. All they do is filter out sugars(and I guess some water)
What are people's takes on using it as a protein source?
