fina ordering ?

i have a question about fina, does anyone know if places that sell it are being watched? i have a "friend" that's going to order some, but his cc's are maxed out and he's gonna use his fiances, but wants to make sure there's nothing bad that can happen. doesn't really want anything bad to happen, esp. with her card being used to buy it.

This question has been frequently discussed over at GotFina and Animal's Forum. I believe that nobody knows for sure. It would sure be easy for anyone to track orders though.

You could mail them a money order, I'm pretty sure. But your name or at least mailing address will be on record.

I have been ordering fina carts for4 yrs same location & no problems i havent gotten over 8 kits @ a time but its still legal to order but not to make in inj ya kno???
