I just posted up my log on the log page so I will be tracking everything over the coming months. I am excited and determined. And now that I have put up pics, I have to REALLY get on the ball.

I have many major life changes coming this year. And I will be sharing them as I go through. I have had just such an incredible mental shift in how I view my life and what I want from it. Getting back to the gym, getting back to what makes me who I am, and creating a better world around me are pillars of my goals for what I have left this year. And especially, more than anything, getting my baby boy back again. I was gifted a miracle with a newborn 4 months ago and it only serves to remind me how delicate life is and how important a father is to a son.

I turn 43 in September. I am going to make this birthday one that counts for a long long time! Thank you all for being so supportive. I dont get to post often as I would like but i read constantly. Its great being back!
