here is what i have come up with for a first cycle.
i am looking to loose body fat while gaining strength and lean muscle. really wanting to weigh less at the end of the cycle than i do now. cardio and diet are now on point.
wks 1-8, test. prop 100md eod
wks 1-8, primobol, 300 mg a week
wks 1-8, proviron 25mg ed
wks 5-8 750 ius's hcg, split 3 times a week
11-13 pct with clomid and nolva
any thoughts, suggestions? thanks
