As the title says. Its been about a year and a half I've been out. Started off as a rest to let a shoulder injury heal and then it just turned into a lazy arse, using work and life in general as an excuse.

22 Years old
6 foot
250 lbs
Approx 20-24% BF (worst I've even been )

Diet will be 250g P - 200g C - 80g F

Will consist mostly of chicken, haddock, eggs, potatoes, rice, almonds and Natty PB.

Supps:
3g Vit C
Multi Vit
ZMA
Huperzine A
Green tea extraxt
Casein protein
Fish oil

I'll be adding in some Mod GRF 1-29 and ghrp 2. I will also be adding in some T4 and eventually DNP when the BF is a lot lower, about 12-14%.

What do you guys think? This sound ok?

Sorry, I meant to say, veg will consist of spinach, broccolii, green beans and asparagus.

How about replacing my first meals carbs with fruit?
 
Depending on your carb tolerance, might be better to cut down your carb intake. Maybe 200 is fine on lifting days, but on off days, i'd keep them around 50-100.

If I was to do this. What would be the best time to take the carbs? Pre workout? Or post?

Was thinking to take all carbs before a workout and only protein and fat afterwards.
 
Most will agree with pre and post. I usually don't lift productively without at least 50mg of carbs in my preworkout meal. Believe John Meadows said carbs later in the day are generally better, so majority post workout sounds best.
 
I consume carbs before workout throughout the day consistently and one last meal with carbs post workout, then no more carbs for the last three to four hours before bed. Non workout days I try to get as few carbs as possible.
 
why do u need so much vitC?

ease into the workouts on that shoulder...

hire a trainer on here brotha, phil jm shelby, whoever...just makes things much easier and takes all the guess work outta shit for a very small cost compared to wtf u are getting... definetley was a good decision when i did that...
 
Get those simple carbs in post workout to bypass the stomach and fuel the body right away. I personally like brown sugar poptarts.
