ok for the ones that read my threads you know i tore my pec about 9 months ago. well i can lift now but im afraid to re tear my pec. it was a major pec tear and required surgery to repair. what im wondering is what kind of exercise should i avoid with a repair like this?
 
Have not torn it myself...

My training partner tore his badly, had surgery about 7 years ago. If I remember correctly it took about a year and a couple months before he got back to normal weights (i.e. 315 for reps). He was only out totally for like 120 days however.

i wouldnt do anythign to challenging yet. machine presses, would prob be an easy choice, give some different things a try dont do anyhting that hurts. get the blood pumpin. but thats my 2cents.
