Yes it seemed overblown and super dramatic, but AAS can definately have a negative and sometimes life-threating effect on your heart.

There are many factors (quantity, duration, age, genetic background, diet...etc...), but don't kid yourself into thinking steroids won't hurt you.

On a lighter note, when that doctor was reading those terrible side effects on "Bigger Stronger Faster" I was amazed to find out it was from vitamin C.
