Finasteride - study shows .05mg super effective

not necessarily as long as u can get the finasteride (either RX or online). just get some regular minox solution, crush up ur finast pills and throw it in the minox bottle. i do 30mg finast in 60ml of minox, makes it .5mg/ml and use .5ml on my hairline every night for a dose of .25mg finast ed. works great and no sides.

u can also buy premade ones from vendors online but fuck that when this method is super cheap and easy to make urself.

I remember when I saw a dermatologist about my hair loss and he wrote me a script for Finasteride and told me the risk of sexual side effects was 2%. That was enough for me not to fill it. It seems so ridiculous that people want to keep their hair at the expense of possibly having irreversible sexual problems. Most men want to keep their hair to attract women. Counterpoint: a man is doing well if he averages sex 1-2x/week over the course of his life. Meanwhile, baldness is everyday, 24/7 365.

There's no single right approach, and each person approaches risks differently

i've been taking finasteride for 8 years now and my only regret is not starting earlier. Hairline has frozen in place, and I went from one of the first people I knew who was losing hair to one of the last people with full head of hair. i noticed maybe 10% loss in libido but its hard to say whether it was that or just getting older .. i dont mind, its nice to be able to focus on other things besides sex. Its still active enough to be a distraction most days but i suppose that's what they call a "good problem"

well fear not as clascoterone (an effective topical anti-androgen) was FDA approved about a yr ago as Winlevi, an acne cream i use personally. itll just be a matter of time before Breezula (the scalp antibalding version of the same drug) will be approved as well. should be a game changer. and u can get topical spironolactone as well, which is supposed to be pretty legit too.

in the meantime, i get 0 side effects from topical finast. i still wake up with raging hard ons and get full on random ones thru out the day, and my sex drive is unchanged. if u ever have troubles with libido/boners, quit watching porn and fapping, particularly the porn. porn is terrible for u, it fries ur brain and causes ED even in teens and 20-somethings. focus more on only busting nuts from sex, itll give u way more drive to go out and meet/lay new chicks or strengthen the connection u have with ur partner if ur already taken.

finasteride reduces prostatic DHT levels by upwards of 90% and serum DHT levels by 70%. However, increasing the dose does not necessarily result in greater serum reduction. Dutasteride, in comparison, inhibits all three 5-alpha-reductase isoenzymes leading to a 99% reduction in serum DHT levels. In the treatment of androgenic alopecia, finasteride does not lead to a 100% reduction in DHT; hair loss is slowed but not completely halted.
I will advise Finasteride it can also suppress sexual function. Personally, I had to stop in the middle of my treatment,

Not necessarily. I have a grandfather who passed at 99 with a lot of hair, not bald.
