Officially no more space. Time to blow out some walls.
Really want to find a spot for an old school nautilus pullover machine. Gonna have to get creative.

That sissy squat is DOPE

Very nice. Some great pieces in there too. I'm out of room in mine as well. Loved the old Nautilus Pullovers but maxed out.

i need to pick up one of those close for my home gym... i try to keep rest periods between 'super sets' or circuits below two mins.
i also like time based sets... meaning, as many leg presses i can do in 5mins.. with light, medium weight of course

Anutha home gym owner! Love it! As I’ve invested in mine over the years the best advice I can give is learn how to weld. Buy you a halfway decent multi-process welder and you can modify your setup and get more from it. I’ve done this several times over the years copying equipment designs and modified mine to make it work.

My next project is to fabricate up the belt squat setup from Sorinex. Will add it behind my Powertec Cage, and attach it to the cage. Need to get me some 3” square tubing to make this happen.

I have a leverage unit similar to the Sorinex J Squat mounted to the floor at the back of my 6 post rack. Stands vertical out of the way when not in use plus rack handles on the rack when it's deployed. Was made for me by a friend. Great unit. I've used cable belt squats before and even trained for a season on one of Louie's original units at WSB. It's 95% of that and with near zero footprint and low cost, not beatable.

Very nice! That Trump flag should be much bigger though and take up the entire wall just sayin :)

It's always a challenge to find enough space for our gym equipment, especially the old school stuff like the Nautilus pullover machine.

GREAT setup Bro!! What brand is the plate-loaded chest press and how do you like it? Is it adjustable flat to incline? thanks!

But don't worry, we'll figure it out! Gotta get creative, you know what I'm sayin'? By the way, have you ever thought about using an inflatable punching bag for apartments? It's a great solution if you don't have much space. And the best inflatable punching bag is the one that fits your needs and budget, you feel me? They're lightweight, easy to store, and won't damage your walls or floors.

Your home gym looks great! I know how much of a labor of love it is. You have some heavy duty pieces in there. The red benches and your lat pull-down are pieces of equipment that were in the high school weight room at a school where I taught. They are durable as heck. They had to be, because kids destroy everything! That equipment held up.

I have a rogue echo bike here at my home gym as well. That thing is awesome! Talk about built to last! I am not as heavy as I used to be at 256 lbs, but I have been doing all out 20 second sprints on that thing and it is rock solid. I have the “Don’t Tread on Me” on several pieces of apparel and on the wall at my house as well. The great thing about having your own stuff is being able to set up stations and bust it out. Like on a back day- rear delt raises, followed by seated rows, followed by cable pull downs. You can’t do that at a commercial gym. 😃👍 Nice gym!
