i have high calves and they are pretty small. i train the shit outta them. 2-3 times a week 30-45min each session. heavy, light, slow reps, pause reps, high reps, low reps, stretching at the bottom for 4 seconds.....just bad calf genetics.
and for my back it doesn't hold a lot of fat or water.....only in the lower back. i store all my fat in my legs.
