First cycle advice for 260lb natty

I am 21, 6'1, 260lb, arms 21, chest 54, wheels 30 and all natty. I've been lifting for more than 5 years without any pauses. I think the time has come to go on another level... So i would like to know what will you recommend me for first cycle. Will there be anything different in my case? What compound should i choose and how long should i run it?
 
nice stats for a natural :eek: most people just take test to see how they respond to it, something like Test enanthate 1-10 400-500mgs w/k. i did test and deca for my first cycle 400mgs test 400 1-10 300mgs deca w/k 1-9 and i exploded in strength and size

Use Test and deca
Try low dosage first like 250mg and 100mg of deca, because you havnt used steroids yet and if your body will respond good to low doses then use low dosage until you think my body is used to it.

When starting use low dosage :) add some orals to your cycle too for four weeks. Read the article written by Big A named something like Beginners Guide i think. You'll learn good from that article
 
500mg test enanthate or cypionate for 10weeks

or use test prop if you want a little less bloat and can deal with every other day injections.

it's in the high teens. my diet is not in check and i don't do any cardio, so i should not expect to be leaner. it's hard to explain but i am in situation in which i have to choose either to be big with higher bf or to be smaller... so i choose to be big. after an year i will have everything in check... but for now it is like this, life is hard sometimes. i have some buddies that are 250-260 with about 10% and still my measurements are bigger than theirs. considering the fact that they have more muscle it's strange...

i talked to a national champion about probable first cycle of mine and he said that i have to be very careful what i am doing since my organism is working perfectly. he said that i have to use small doses so that i can "deceive" gently my organism. he suggested something mild for a first cycle primo/winny/deca. i asked him what about test. he said test is too hard(androgenic) and i should not consider it that early. i am kind of inclined to doubt to a certain extend in his words since he is an old school guy. this might have been good in the 80s but what about now. i am waiting for more input...

so mike, going back to the question what will you recommend me for first cycle?

500mg test e for 12 weeks is your best bet. that's pretty standard first cycle protocol. despite what your buddy sayd, that's pretty mild. i don't know anyone who has had problems with that dose of test.
 
I would listen to your buddy, at your bf% I wouldn't run test either, when it converts granted 500 a week isn't too bad but it will still convert, the extra estrogen will help you add even more fat with your diet thats not in check. Then your gonna be that guy in the gym we all laugh at the one going look how big I am I weigh 280, but I can't see my shoes. Just joking a bit with you man but you see my point?

yea i got your point. I won't consider cycling in the near 1.5-2years. i just wanted to see your opinions. first i would like to get out of this hard period i mentioned above. after this i will give my body a chance to reach my genetic potential. i estimate this to at least 1.5-2 years. i think i can reach something like 275 at 12-13bf. then i will be ready to juice, anything earlier will be a waste of potential. thanks for the input so far, if anyone else has something to add please do so :)
 
Do not do your first cycle with your bodyfat in the high teens. When you have decided to juice take 10 weeks and diet down to 10% or below. Dieting sucks, but the pay off is that you will do your first cycle at a time when your body is already set up to make massive gains (rebound from dieting down).

This means there will be no need to restrict your calories, the more the better! With the extra calories and the juice and the rebound from dieting, your first cycle will give you some unreal gains.

You only get one first cycle, so set things up right.
 
I dont think youre ready to use AAS now since you dont have your diet down. If you were eating right your bodyfat wouldnt be where it is now, reguardless of doing cardio. If you arent eating right, the AAS wont do nearly as much for you either. Looks like you need to get some things nailed down before you jump in. What are your 3 major lifts at: bench, squat, deadlift??

Agreed, missed that one. Deit down before you start your cycle and prime yourself and as Norm said the results will be unreal.

Those are very impressive stats.

Considering that, and the fact that you probably are probably at your biological peak and may remain there for another few years; what about trying to get to 265-270 at 10-12% naturally?

I would look at it from an economical standpoint. No matter what you think you know about training or nutrition, you will learn a LOT from someone like Phil or DC. That knowledge can then be used when you do your first cycle to gain the maximum results.

So before you spend your money on the cycle, first spend it on the knowledge that will allow to gain the most out of the cycle.

bros read what i've written right above your answers. i will not take aas in the near 1.5-2 years. i will consider them when i am with low bf and everything in check. read before you write.

bench 310 for 7 reps, squat 350 for 6 reps, deadlift 400. my biceps are strong 200lb for 6reps

i am new on the forum and i am gonna read all good threads there are for sure. it's really amazing place and i can learn lots of things here.

Is it just me that thinks those stats dont add up if you have those stats and are natural I'd expect you to be lifting quite a bit more weight.

Also "read before you write" is not really anyway to go about asking for advice is it :rolleyes:
